Variety of Cloister Condo Floor Plans

Cloister Living areas are either 2 BR, 2 BR plus bonus room, 3 BR, or 3 BR plus bonus room. All have 2 bathrooms. Some may include bay windows (front, back or both front and back), front entrance pillars, fireplaces, unfinished basements, and either one or two car garages. A number of owners may have finished their basements while the home was bought with an unfinished basement? Bay windows increase the useable SF in a room while fireplaces limit the ability to rearrange furniture. All these additions increase the initial cost of a unit. Over the years an owner miight remodel a kitchen, a bath, or even move a wall or doorway. There may be a 2 BR unit with a two car garage but I haven’t seen one yet. The 3 BR plus den appears to be the same square feet as a 3 BR unit. The den taking away from the size of the other rooms.

Owners can recognize whether they live in an A, B, C, or D unit. The A and B units are 2 BR units with a small bonus room in the B unit, a C unit is 3 BR, while a D unit is 3 BR plus a den. I don’t know of any 2 BR units with a 2 car garage. I call the 2 BR with 1 car garage the “Widow” homes. I have been told that the original development plan called for additional parking spaces on Marquette Drive but an additional building was built in the area initially reserved for parking.

Does anyone know why there are three rather than four appraised levels in the chart below? Does anyone have copies of the four original floor plans? Does anyone have corrections or additions to these comments?

Here are the appraisals for all Cloister residential properties…….
